Chip maker Nvidia has been ordered to stop selling its top artificial intelligence microchips to China for fear they may find a “military end use.” Separately, the British chip designer Arm, which Nvidia was blocked from buying, is suing one of its largest customers, Qualcomm for breach of license agreements and trademark infringement.
