The e*Thirteen All-Terrain mountain bike tires take an already grippy, durable tire and make it a bit grippier and more durable with compound tweaks and a new casing.

The All-Terrain tires slot into their portfolio alongside the Grappler DH and a Semi-Slick for dry days on any trail, and they got a major overhaul in 2019 with the additional of the ultra-soft Mo’Po rubber compound and revised tread block shaping.

Now, they’ve made a few tweaks to the placement of various rubber compounds on some versions, and given them a better naming scheme to help you choose the right tire for your riding style and local conditions.

Specifically, compounds are now called MOPO, Endurance, and Control, and the casing options make even more sense as TR, EN, and DH.

The Control is updated with a triple-compound rubber layout, and the Endurance gets a faster rolling center compound with softer side knobs. For all versions, they’ve added a nylon breaker under the tread patch to improve puncture resistance.

For those new to e*Thirteen’s tire catalog, it’s helpful to know that they offer three compounds:

…and you can mix and match however you want.

Which is handy for building the performance characteristics you need and not being stuck with too much or too little of any feature just to get the one feature you do want. (Check our MTB Tire Explainer for everything you need to know about casings, compounds, construction, and more!)

All versions are tubeless ready with a special insert to improve air retention. Prices start at $59.99
